How to: Dom Loves Mary font ADD ONS and Flourishes tutorial

I’ve created another tutorial:)

In this “How to” I cover the use of some of the Dom Loves Mary font ADD ON’s  and ORNAMENTAL FLOURISHES to spice up your design.

Before I get to it, I wanted to send a shout out of thanks to Lettering Time blog for featuring my new cursive font, Dom Loves Mary.

It’s always lovely to see a posting about my work.  But to see it on a blog from Spain was really cool!  Muchas Gracias!

Today’s tutorial will feature an invitation design by Nessa Sander of Cardgirl Invitations.

In this fun invitation, she incorporated some of the words from my Dom Loves Mary ADD ON package ( “and”, “RSVP”).

She also added an ornamental flourish from the Dom Loves Mary Stylistic version of the font and used the same version for the words “dress to kill”.

I specifically created the ADD ON’s (66  commonly used words for invitations and stationery products) for use with, not only my calligraphy fonts, but with fonts you already own.

So I was excited to see that Nessa had done just that in this invitation.

Now on with the show and tell.

(I tried to share more details for beginners so feel free to fast forward through those parts:)
