Take a look at this very creative desk calendar from Monogrammed Papers.
It is one of coolest things I have come across.
Each month is a separate 5 x 7 card with a
different color and beautiful design.
Sitting on top of the calendar card is an acetate overlay
containing personalized wording.
The base set includes the ‘2014’ overlay shown above.
The calendar cards and the overlays are sitting in a clear 5 x 7, upright plastic frame.
As you will see below, you can order additional overlays with personalized wording or monograms.
Here is one created for me using my Cantoni font. Looking good!!

But beyond that, the owner, Pamela Salatich, can create custom acetates that can turn the calendar into a great gift!
Here’s one example that would be great for someone who just moved into a new home.
How cute is this to make the calendar month a birthday card!
So the calendar becomes the gift with a card inside!
Y0u can send all your birthday gifts/cards at the beginning of the year and never have to worry about missing someone’s.
She can even add the little cupcake adornment to mark the date.
Or how about using it as an invitation.
Pamela is more than happy to create custom invitations, like the one above, without having to order the whole calendar.
( Allow 2-3 weeks for custom invites .)
What a great “Save-the-Date” idea!!
She would just make a custom acetate and put it over the month of your choice with the date circled and if needed add a printed post-it.
I’m sure she’d be happy to coordinate with you for other ideas.
I think a “Will you be my bridesmaid?” invite with acetates counting down the months until the wedding would be darling.
It would also make a great count down gift for a wedding shower, baby shower, or engagement.
A custom tag and wrapping completes the package!
