This bridal shower invitation I did for a client, just makes me smile!
The bride-to-be loves sunflowers, but they were too casual to use in her wedding.
Her sister and a friend surprised her with this invitation using the sunflowers.
I used my Cantoni Calligraphy Font with a simple text font on the front of the 4″ x 4″ invitation.
A blue sky and field of sunflowers match the theme.
The back of the invitation held the weekend itinerary placed over a photo of the actual flower.
The cute cookies were made by the amazing Mary Holmen of “It’s a Mary Cake”.
What a sweet surprise for the recipients!
I used blue and white polka dot fabric to cover the foam padding that helps keep the cookie intact during shipping.
A combination of blue and white checked and white grosgrain ribbon ties in with the fabric.
The cookies are nestled in excelsior purchased from ULINE.
It helps keep the cookies safe while in transit.
The 6″ x 6″ kraft mailers were also from ULINE.
Each girl’s name and address were brush lettered by hand continuing the sunflower theme.
I hope they brought some sunshine to these bachelorette party attendees!
Have a Typical Tuesday:)
