‘Be Our Guest’ Container with Cantoni Font

Here’s a really cute idea to make your house guests more comfortable!

Since I had a number of guests over the holiday season and more to come,

I was inspired by this post I found on the

DIY with Grant and Kiley blog where they featured my Cantoni font for the word ‘Guest’.

They used a silhouette machine to cut out the vinyl letters that were then affixed to the jar.

Since I do not have a silhouette machine, I decided to create my own using hand lettering.

I found the jar at Target for 9.99. I brought an old toothbrush to make sure it would be tall enough.

I lettered with a small round brush and acrylic paint.

If you need, you can create the wording using fonts on the computer. Print and tape it inside the jar.

Then use a paint marker and make the letters on the outside surface.

It doesn’t have to be perfect. The idea is cute enough.

Just gather up all those small samples (or anything else that might have made its way home with you

from a hotel stay) and fill the jar.

I got these from Target.

Now I have a very decorative and useful amenity for my next set of guests.

Easy to make and very useful!

Chalkboard, Elegant and Rustic Wedding Invitations

Here are three really cool creations using my Belluccia and Cantoni fonts as posted on Envelopme.com University.

A popular trend this year is the Chalkboard! Here the designer has used my Belluccia Flourishes

to enhance all of the pieces of the invitation suite.

What a gorgeous invitation with a vintage look using my Belluccia font for the script letters.

The designer did a wonderful job with the borders and the accoutrements to create this elegant look.

Fun, Rustic invitation using Cantoni font, flourishes and ornaments

How fun is this rustic invitation? All of the different font styles, sizes and weights blend together perfectly to create this cool piece.

My Cantoni font was used for all of the script text. The boots came from Cantoni Ornaments and

the “th” and flourish next to the the ‘4th’ is from Cantoni Pro.

Cantoni Font at the Corner Bakery

I received a call from my friend Deni who told me to get over to the nearest Corner Bakery location

to find a wonderful surprise. As soon as I entered the store I was overwhelmed in seeing my

Cantoni font used on all of their holiday signage. I just love all of their designs and how well they

combined Cantoni with a lovely block font. What a wonderful start to my holiday season!

Baby announcement with Cantoni Font

I was thrilled when my client Allison asked me to use my hand lettering

in the baby announcement for her beautiful baby boy Teagen Daniel.

A-D-O-R-A-B-L-E!

I immediately contracted the services of the talented Beverly Verbeke to create the design

while I focused on the hand lettering.

The navy ( darker in the pics than in real life 🙁 ) and orange colors were a fun combination to work with.

The beautiful photographs of baby Teagen were by Christy Persichini.

I loved hand lettering the saying she picked from Winne the Pooh. So sweet! And so true:)

I chose a fancy block lettering for the quote.

And used my Cantoni font lettering style for his name and the word “love”.

Bev did her magic with the layout and in choosing the perfect complimentary text font.

A simple heart adds a sweet touch to the back of the announcement.

The colors and heart were introduced on the return address, lettered in my Cantoni font style.

Thanks to Allison and Eric for including me in this wonderful moment in time.

It goes by fast… So enjoy your beautiful bouncing boy!

Cantoni Font Used in Marketing Brouchure

Swash and Fold Tailored Designs used my Cantoni font to help wedding photographer Angela Ward Brown enhance her promotional brochure.

Notice how beautifully the script font and simple text

complement the photographs to get the message across. Great design!

I love the hand made feel.

In addition to my Cantoni script font, the text fonts used are Mirabelle Upright (in red) and Soins Sans Pro (in black).

The use of hand-lettered font adds a more personal touch to the message.

A nice closeup highlighting the use of alternate ending letters.

Love the little greenery at the bottom:)

Super Sweet Life Organization Labels using Cantoni Font

I came across this wonderful website, ‘Super Sweet Life Planners and Labels’, that I am delighted to share with you.

These pictures show how the creator, Laura Jane Smith, used my Cantoni font to create vinyl labels to help organize her craft room.

Notice the beautiful use of the the flourishes and ornaments to complement the text on the label.

What a great way to add some pizazz to to your labels.

How cool does this look? After seeing this, I definitely have some ideas of how to better organize my own studio and craft room.

Not saying that it’s happening soon:)

Small Moments Creative Card Designs using Cantoni Font

Kim from Small Moments is such a talented card and invitation designer.

When I saw the birth announcement above, using my my Cantoni font, I immediately asked her if I could see more.

I’m thrilled to share these darling designs with you.

This e.e. cummings quote is the perfect fit for this baby announcement.

She perfectly utilized the space underneath the swash of the “t” with words from the poem.

This precious photo is by Tuscan Sun Photography.

This is a clever way to announce a new baby boy has joined the family!

Another unique presentation for a family tree. This would be a nice gift for grandparents!

She’s teamed with talented photographers to offer personalized holiday cards.

Great use of the “v” in Love and the placement of “and” between the two names.

These excellent pics are all by bella moon Photography.

I like the combination of the bright green and black and white. Very different but still has a holiday feel.

Love this fun pic! The wording fits it perfectly.
